We don’t consider ourselves lenders or real estate agents, although we provide such services. Rather we’re trusted financial advisors specializing in lending and real estate. Think of us as your fiduciary for your real estate transactions and needs. We call this service “Real Estate Planning.”

-Our employees are salaried, so we won’t pressure your transaction to make a living.
-Since we offer lending and real estate services, your single point of contact ensures a more effective real estate transaction with less chance of communication breakdown.
-We offer a highly personalized service that allows us the ability to provide a real estate strategy tailored to your specific needs. Sometimes our job is to suggest there be no real estate transaction at all -- at least until we think the time is right for you.
