With product knowledge, experience, level headedness and a keen sense of business, Terence L. Whitington III has provided loan and real estate advice and service to thousands of customers since the inception of his business in 2001.

Terry founded Eagle Crest because he saw many problems with the way everyone else was doing lending and real estate. Terry wanted to conduct business his way -- the right way.

Experienced in both retail lending and wholesale lending, Terry brings special knowledge to the lending side of his job. He knows the entire loan process, giving him an extra edge over the competition.

Terry worked his way up the lending ladder, working various positions, including Chief Credit Officer and Vice President of Operations at mortgage companies throughout California.

Providing real estate services since 1999, Terry, with co-founder Cate Pacheco Gonzales, pioneered The Eagle Way, a set of new lending and real estate standards that the Eagle Crest team follows as a means to put the client first -- not the transaction. As a result, Eagle Crest ranked among the top 10 real estate agencies for highest real estate sales in Contra Costa County in 2006, competing against much larger groups.
