Ralph Facio
Real Estate Consultant
Ralph Facio entered the real estate industry in 1976 as a subdivision sales person for Valley Realty. Wanting to do more than just sit in an office and wait for buyers, Ralph went into re-sales in 1977. After a year, he was promoted to management.
In 1980, when interest rates soared to double digits, Ralph developed sources to provide loans for creative financing. After eight years in real estate, he went to work for a title company where he received training in all aspects of title and escrow. Ralph was instrumental in the opening and success of Placer Title in San Ramon, CA.
In 1991, Ralph worked for a foreclosure company as a marketing consultant. He traveled throughout Northern California marketing services to banks, lenders and loan service individuals at all management levels.
Since 1998, Ralph has been helping people refinance or purchase homes. He has worked with borrowers at all levels of creditworthiness, income and employment. Ralph is experienced with A-paper and sub-prime lending. He’s fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish. And he’s an active member of the Delta Board of Realtors®.
Ralph has a long list of satisfied clients who consider him their real estate planner, and they send him a constant flow of referral business. Ralph enjoys golf, skiing, running and getting together with friends and family.
