Lee Ann Arendtson has been in the mortgage business since the late 1990s, starting her career in Los Angeles with a major corporation in the Audit department. That position gave her the opportunity to join the retail division where she originated and closed hundreds of loans. 

In 2001, Lee Ann had the opportunity to join the wholesale division giving her the experience and knowledge of working with brokers and real estate agents. Through years of hard work, she’s received numerous awards such as Top Sales, President’s Club, and Fast and Furious.

In late 2003, Lee Ann decided to move to Northern California to be closer to her family, and was able to continue to work for the same major corporation. Lee Ann assisted the regional vice president of the company with the expansion of a new retail division in Pleasanton where she was in charge of staffing the office and training new employees.

Lee Ann has dedicated her time by taking care of her mother who became ill in 2005. Her passion for the people around her and her passion for what she does has encouraged referrals and repeats business.
