A resident of Discovery Bay since the late 1970s, Katie DeuPree has been part of the growth and changes of Brentwood and its surrounding communities. She’s a wife and mother of three active, thriving boys. Her children participate in Cub Scouts, baseball, skateboarding and, with the whole family, dirt bike riding. As animal lovers, the family has two dogs, three cats, two goldfish and a wayward cockatiel . . . And the boys want more! Katie is thankful to be part of such a great community, and continues to participate and support all that it has to offer. 

As a veteran of the real estate finance world since 2002, Katie is truly passionate about her profession. The result is that nearly 100 percent of her business is by referral from satisfied clients and financial advisors. Her mission is to carefully guide clients through the entire home buying, selling and loan process, so that they feel confident as they make choices about the many options available to them. With many years and a wide range of experience in the real estate industry, Katie stands ready to assist you during every step of the way.
