Cate Pacheco Gonzales has a reputation of honesty, integrity and perseverance, which keeps her clients returning year after year for new loans, refinances, both buying and selling property, as well as just plain good advice regarding real estate. Her clients enjoy her continuously up-beat attitude and ability to work through issues to the successful resolution of almost every type of credit, income, asset or real estate transaction.

Cate became a co-owner of Eagle Crest for all the right reasons. She and Eagle Crest founder Terence L. Whitington III both have a passion for helping people out of tough real estate situations and putting them in good situations. It was only obvious that Cate and Terry join forces. The two friends came together at Eagle Crest in 2002.

Cate, like Terry, has expertise in both retail lending and wholesale lending. Exposed to both sides of lending, Cate has unique knowledge in all aspects of the lending business and can therefore provide a very valuable service.

Cate has specialized in real estate since 2002. Cate, along with Terry, pioneered The Eagle Way, a set of new lending and real estate standards that the Eagle Crest team follows as a means to put the client first -- not the transaction. As a result, Eagle Crest ranked among the top 10 real estate agencies for highest real estate sales in Contra Costa County in 2006, competing against much larger groups.
